Ivy Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, manage check‑ins/check‑outs, and address inquiries with efficiency and courtesy. You will promote the loyalty program, handle payments, and support guests with requests while maintaining security and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of the local area and hotel services.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests on arrival, creating a warm first impression.
• Register guests into the hotel system and verify reservations and payments.
• Promote and enroll guests in the loyalty program and explain benefits.
• Process payments during check-in/check-out and report daily receipts.
• Assist guests with service requests, keys, safety deposits and charges.
• Respond promptly to guest issues and escalate when needed.
• Answer calls and manage reservations efficiently and accurately.
• Coordinate hotel shuttle/transport services and guest transfers.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide local area information.
• Manage laundry, wake-up calls, messages, and other guest requests.
• Attend to VIP guests and ensure confidentiality of room numbers.
• Follow SOPs and support General Manager as needed.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and teamwork.
