Job summary

Ivy Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver warm, efficient service at check-in and check-out, greet guests, verify reservations, and address inquiries with a friendly, professional approach.

You will promote the loyalty program, handle payments, assist with transportation, respond to complaints, and provide local information to ensure guests have a memorable stay. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Prior experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel services.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, register them in the system, verify details and payments.
• Promote and enroll guests in the hotel's loyalty program.
• Process payments, manage a house bank, and report daily receipts.
• Assist guests with service requests, keys, and transportation arrangements.
• Respond to complaints and escalate as necessary.
• Answer calls, handle reservations efficiently, and provide local information.
