Avenue of the Arts Costa Mesa, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel is seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, handle check‑in/check‑out, and address requests with a smile. Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Experience as Front Desk Agent
• Previous customer/guest service experience a plus
• Opera experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out efficiently, courteously and professionally
• Note and fulfill special requests
• Coordinate with departments for VIPs and special needs
• Promote hotel programs, packages and upgrades when appropriate
• Assist guests with questions and directions; resolve complaints gracefully
• Maintain updated knowledge of property amenities and events
• Answer phones professionally and assist guests
• Review financial information and communicate clearly in stressful situations
