Fairfield Inn Rome is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage check-in/out, and maintain accurate guest profiles. You will assist with inquiries, promote hotel outlets, and ensure privacy and security of guest information.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and sincere welcome.
• Handle check-in/check-out and update reservations accurately.
• Issue keys securely and protect guest privacy.
• Assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Promote room upsells and cross-promotion of hotel outlets.
• Maintain professional, engaging, and friendly service at all times.
• Resolve guest issues and escalate to supervisor when needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
