Job summary

Fairfield Inn and Suites in California is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the guests' first point of connection as they enter the hotel. You will handle questions, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously, creating memorable guest experiences through your outgoing personality and ability to connect with others.

This role requires multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, working weekends or holidays as needed, and collaborating with other departments to meet guest needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage guest check-in and check-out efficiently and courteously.
• Resolve guest complaints and compliments professionally.
• Reconcile daily activities and close accounts.
• Navigate property systems to run reports and distribute accordingly.
• Adhere to cash/credit card/AR procedures and secure deposits.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests.
