Fairfield Inn, Olean, NY is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, handle check-in/check-out, and ensure memorable stays. You will update reservations, protect privacy, and assist guests with hotel facilities, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere and high guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong English communication, a guest-focused attitude, and the ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays. Prior front desk experience is preferred and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front office operations is preferred.
• Strong communication, verbal and written skills are essential.
• Ability to handle guest inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Proficiency in English is required; bilingualism is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage check-in/check-out process with 100% accuracy.
• Update guest profiles and reservations; assign rooms and issue keys securely.
• Protect guest privacy and manage account settlements per standards.
• Assist guests with hotel facilities inquiries and upsell rooms/outlets.
• Resolve issues and escalate to supervisor/manager as needed.
• Provide courteous, professional service and maintain guest satisfaction.
