Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel front desk or office setting preferred; minimum one (1) year of experience in a customer service position required.
• Computer literate with capability in Microsoft office

• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Excels both independently and as a member of a team.

Responsibilities

• Check in and check out guests while providing professional and courteous customer service.
• Maintain an operating bank. This includes receiving cash, credit cards, and comps in payment.
• Responsible for posting charges, settling folios, groups, and due outs. Maintains proper communication with Supervisor and housekeeping.
• Handle guest problems or complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel, casino, outlet, and community events.
• Answers, records, and processes all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, and concerns.
• Contact appropriate individuals or departments as necessary to resolve customer's requests.
• Reviews memos and documents pertinent information.
• Recruit's assistance of hotel manager in unique situations.
