Job summary

PENN Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a dedicated hotel attendant to clean guest rooms, hallways and related areas in a fast-paced hospitality environment in Bossier City, LA. You will maintain equipment, document duties, and greet guests with courtesy while protecting guest confidentiality.

This role requires a High School diploma or equivalent (preferred) and at least six months of cleaning experience. Willingness to learn and follow safety rules is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six (6) months of previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and follow directions.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Operate cleaning equipment including vacuum, mop and broom.

Responsibilities

• Cleans hotel rooms, hallways, linen rooms, and storage areas.
• Maintains and cleans equipment used during shifts.
• Maintains documentation of duties performed during shifts.
• Reports safety hazards or maintenance deficiencies.
• Greet guests with proper salutation and pleasant expression.
• Assist guests with issues within authority to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform duties quietly and orderly.
• Assist house person with department projects as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality in all company matters.
