As part of our front desk team, you will greet guests, assist with arrivals, manage inquiries, and ensure a smooth check-in experience with a focus on excellence in guest service.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills are required to operate POS and hotel systems.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
• Ability to exceed guest expectations and provide exceptional service.
• Excellent time management to handle front desk tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with personal recognition upon arrival.
• Review arrival lists and assist with welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer the phone within three rings with a smile and route inquiries as needed.
• Handle cash drops accurately and report discrepancies to management.
• Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and presentable.
• Assist with lobby activation and guest flow as needed.
• Protect guest PPI data by following privacy procedures.
