Job summary

Target is hiring for a Small Format Team Member in Miami, FL. You will help guests with a welcoming, efficient shopping experience, stocking shelves, maintaining price accuracy and supporting cashiering and pickup services.

Ideal candidates are ready for a fast-paced, physical role, comfortable working across departments, and able to adapt to varying shifts, including nights and weekends. Training will be provided to build guest-service and operational skills.

Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and guest-first culture across the store.
• Retail fundamentals including pricing, promotions, inventory management and efficiency.
• Ability to support daily/weekly workload to hit sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments: greet, assist, resolve issues, thank customers.
• Work in all departments to ensure floor is stocked, merchandised and signed.
• Assist with truck unload, stock product, update displays and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup and drive-up while following safety policies.
