Job summary

Target is seeking a Small Format Team Member to support guest service, stocking, pricing integrity, and store presentation in our compact stores. You will greet guests, assist with their needs, and keep shelves and signage accurate across departments to deliver a consistent shopping experience.

You will help with truck unloads, backroom tasks, price changes, and safety-compliant operations while upholding Target's standards. On-site roles in Chicago offer growth within our team.

Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and building a guest-first culture across the store (from the role description).
• Retail business fundamentals including pricing/promotions, inventory management, and process efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.
• When guests need assistance, engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs.
• Thank guests and let them know we’re happy they chose to shop at Target.
• Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience.
• Work in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned and in stock for guests.
• Complete scans and system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy.
