Job summary

Target's Small Format Team Members help guests on the shop floor, stocking, pricing and assisting with returns. This role demands energy, reliability and a friendly, can-do attitude in a fast-paced store environment.

You will greet guests, answer questions, maintain clean aisles, support with truck unloading, and work across departments to keep shelves full and accurately signed. Flexible scheduling and physical effort are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or guest service experience is preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 15 pounds.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks.
• Provide friendly guest service and solve guest needs.
• Stock shelves and ensure displays are tidy.
• Operate cash register and assist with back-up cashier as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety policies.
