Job summary

Target is seeking a Small Format Team Member to deliver an easy, inspiring guest experience while stocking, pricing and maintaining shelves across departments. You’ll greet guests, assist with locating items, and support backroom tasks in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Assist with truck unload and stock product on the sales floor.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise displays across departments.
• Process inbound deliveries to ensure inventory accuracy.
