Job summary

Target is seeking a Small Format Team Member to deliver a friendly guest experience across the store. You will assist guests, stock merchandise, and operate the cash register and POS system, all while maintaining accuracy and cleanliness.

This role requires flexibility in schedule, including nights and weekends, and the ability to lift and move products as needed in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.

• Assist with stock, price accuracy and store organization to ensure smooth shopping.
• Operate cash register and POS system, process transactions accurately.
• Support backroom tasks and participate in merchandise stocking and displays.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards while helping guests.
