Job summary

Target, a leading retailer, is hiring for a Small Format Team Member. You will greet guests, assist with needs, and maintain stock across departments while delivering excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are flexible for varying shifts, comfortable with physical tasks, and capable of using handheld scanners and store systems to support pricing and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Guest service and guest-first culture experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding store.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights/weekends.
• Ability to resolve guest questions promptly and accurately.
• Attention to detail in merchandising, pricing, and stocking.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks.
• Assist guests with needs and solve their specific questions.
• Thank guests and show appreciation for shopping Target.
• Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to assist guests.
• Help keep sales floor stocked, zoned, and organized across departments.
• Assist with truck unload and stock product on the floor.
• Maintain clean and safe store environment and restock as needed.
• Process inbound deliveries and perform backroom audits.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and pickup operations.
