Job summary

Target is seeking a Small Format Team Member to help guests in our compact stores. You will greet customers, assist with finding products, and ensure shelves are stocked, signed, and accurately priced to deliver a smooth shopping experience.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment requiring teamwork, reliability, and physical stamina; training is provided to build guest service skills and store operations knowledge.

Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest-first culture across the store.
• Retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, pricing and promotion strategies, inventory management, and process efficiency & improvement.
• Supporting daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments: greet guests, help them find what they need, and thank them at checkout.
• Assist with truck unload and stock product to the sales floor; maintain in-stock condition and accurate signing.
• Make changes to displays, complete price changes, and ensure inventory accuracy through scans and audits.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up while adhering to safety and compliance policies.
