Job summary

Target is hiring for a Small Format Team Member. You will help guests, stock shelves, and keep the store organized, ensuring accurate pricing and signing. The role requires a friendly, responsive attitude and the ability to work across departments to meet daily goals.

This position emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and efficiency in a fast-paced retail environment. Training is provided, with flexible hours and opportunities to grow within Target.

Qualifications

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step process.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft with a warm, helpful interaction.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Work in all departments to ensure sales floor is full and stocked.
• Assist with truck unload and stock product on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness and order across backrooms and store areas.
