Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes Carle Place is seeking a personable Guest Service Representative to warmly greet guests, educate them on cake options, and process orders. You will assist with decorations, maintain a clean display, and promote NbC rewards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

The role emphasizes strong communication, efficiency, and adherence to health and service standards in a fast-paced retail bakery environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and determine interests/needs per NbC Sweet Steps of Service.
• Educate guests on NbC products, sizes, flavors, pricing, and promotions.
• Suggest additional merchandise to complete celebrations.
• Process orders accurately using the POS system and invite guests to NbC rewards program.
• Maintain clean, organized bakery presentation and stock display cases.
• Assist in cake decoration and packaging as needed.
• Adhere to health/safety guidelines and NbC policies including dress code.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
