Moonrise is seeking a Front Desk Agent in Missouri to greet guests, handle check-ins/check-outs, and manage reservations with a smile. You will assist guests with payments, maintain cash handling procedures, and help coordinate shuttle services as needed.

In this role, you will stay informed about local area offerings, hotel amenities, and policy basics to ensure a seamless guest experience and timely responses to inquiries and requests.

Aufgaben

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and register guests into the computer, verify reservation, address, and payment information.
• Accept payment for guests’ accounts at registration and checkout.
• Maintain a house bank and deposit receipts daily; cash checks and exchange currency as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest complaints and resolve issues.
• Provide friendly and accurate reservations, check-ins and check-outs, and assist with shuttle/transport as applicable.
• Be knowledgeable about local area, hotel services, and outlets to upsell rooms and amenities.
