Job summary

Target is seeking a friendly Guest Advocate to help guests enjoy a fast, easy shopping experience. You will greet customers, assist with finding items, resolve questions, and explain benefits of Target Loyalty and app features.

Responsibilities include operating checkout, helping with order pick up and drive-up, keeping the store tidy, and adapting to a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided to learn policies and standards.
