• Assist guests with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering features.
• Explain Target Loyalty benefits and help with sign-up and usage.
• Scan and bag items accurately while maintaining safety and efficiency.
• Minimize guest wait times while upholding service standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and restock as needed.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards promptly.
• Handle returns/exchanges per store policy and escalate as needed.
• Stay adaptable to business needs and guest requests.
