Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate to help guests have quick, friendly shopping experiences. You will greet customers, answer questions, direct them to products, and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency.

Key duties include showcasing store promos, guiding on the Target App and loyalty programs, scanning and bagging items, and supporting teammates during busy periods. Flexible scheduling and in-store presence are required.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments.
• Greet guests and help them find what they need or resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and maintain a positive attitude.
• Promote and explain current promos, store activities and the Target App features and benefits.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, following safety standards and company practices.
• Assist with order pick-up, Drive Up, and online ordering settings and sign-in as needed.
