Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to create a welcoming guest experience and help guests find items, resolve issues, and learn about loyalty programs. You will work in a fast-paced store, assisting guests at checkouts, answering questions, and promoting the Target app features.

You will collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness, support drive-up and order pickup processes, and deliver exceptional service during flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
