Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to create an easy, inspiring shopping experience for guests in our store. You will greet guests, resolve issues, and guide them through our digital options such as the Target App and Drive Up/Order Pick Up.

Ideal candidates enjoy helping others, thrive in fast-paced environments, and can work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Training emphasizes communication, teamwork, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and initiate a warm, helpful interaction.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Promote and explain benefits, offerings, and services including Target Loyalty programs.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately; assist with Drive Up and Order Pick Up as needed.
