Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to deliver a welcoming guest experience, assist with purchases, and promote our services both in-store and online. You will greet guests, help them find products, answer questions, and resolve issues while maintaining a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Responsibilities include handling checkout, supporting peers, and staying informed about current promos and the Target App features. This role emphasizes ethical conduct, safety, and teamwork.
