Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate to help guests with a welcoming experience, answer questions, and guide them through products and services. You will greet guests, assist with finding items, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Responsibilities include explaining how to use Target features like the App, assisting with Loyalty enrollment, and supporting team members in a fast-paced retail environment. Training is provided and flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with guests in a welcoming and helpful manner.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, physically active retail environment.
• Open to flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming experience at the store entrance and beyond.
• Help guests locate items, resolve issues, and ensure smooth shopping.
• Explain and assist with features like Order Pick-Up and Drive Up.
• Promote Target loyalty programs and assist with sign-up when needed.
• Scan and bag items accurately and maintain a clean work area.
• Support peers and adapt to varying guest needs while upholding safety policies.
