Target is hiring a Guest Advocate to help guests with a welcoming and efficient shopping experience. You will greet customers, assist with finding products, and educate them on services like the Target App and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with needs.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Know and explain the Target App features and loyalty programs.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately, minimizing guest wait time.
• Be familiar with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up and online ordering and assist guests to use them.
• Assist with returns or exchanges following Target policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies as needed.
• Support guest services such as OPU, Drive-Up, and DU returns.
