Job summary

Springhill Suites Augusta is seeking a Part-time Front Desk Agent to greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, and handle phone and email inquiries with a focus on excellent service. Availability for holidays and weekends is preferred.

Experience at a hotel front desk is welcome but not required; flexibility can lead to more hours. On-site position in Augusta, GA with responsibilities across reservations, payments, and guest services.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Strong guest service orientation and basic accounting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; good organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and assisting with check-in and reservations.
• Process payments, issue invoices, and handle checkout procedures.
• Answer phone calls and emails, direct inquiries, and maintain reservation data.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications in the system.
• Assist guests with requests and provide directions and local recommendations.
• Perform administrative duties and maintain a neat front desk area.
• Monitor access and ensure security protocols are followed.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and reconcile at shift end.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure smooth operations.
