Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Augusta is hiring a Front Desk Agent to deliver warm welcomes, smooth check-ins, and memorable departures. You are the face of the hotel, ensuring guests feel at home and valued from arrival to checkout.

In this on-site role, you will manage reservations, assist guests with requests, and coordinate with team members to uphold exemplary service. Prior hospitality experience and knowledge of hotel software are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
