Job summary

Springhill Suites Augusta is seeking a Part-time Front Desk Agent who is highly flexible with availability, including weekends and holidays. The role covers guest check-in/check-out, basic payments, and guest services to ensure a welcoming stay.

Experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication and basic math skills help in handling reservations, inquiries, and coordinating with other hotel teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Basic accounting skills and hospitality knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Handle payments, issue receipts, and manage invoices.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly.
• Manage reservations and room changes with accuracy.
• Assist guests with requests and local information.
• Perform general administrative tasks and organize front desk area.
• Monitor access and security, issue visitor badges when needed.
• Process cash transactions and balance cash drawer.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance and management.
• Support emergency procedures and safety protocols.
