Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to drive a top-notch guest experience and help complete store-level tasks. You will greet guests, operate the POS, maintain safety standards, stock shelves, and coordinate with management on guest requests and vendor matters.

Qualifications

Must be available to work flexible hours including day, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to perform basic computer functions.
Must have reliable transportation.
Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (outdoors, cooler, etc.).
Ability to climb ladders, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
Ability to access all areas of the store.
Count, read and write to complete required paperwork.
Support GSA onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
Operate the point of sale and maintain proper cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
Complete store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
Replenish products and supplies to maintain in-stock conditions.
Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
Check in external and internal vendors.
Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
