Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences while completing store-level tasks. The role supports a Fortune 500 company with a long-standing history since 1933, emphasizing customer care and community impact.

You will greet guests, assist with purchases, follow safety and quality policies, operate the POS, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked store environment. This in-store position requires flexibility and reliability.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work day, night, weekends or holidays.
• Basic computer skills to operate store systems.
• Reliable transportation to attend shifts.
• Ability to work outdoors and in temperature variations.
• Capability to climb ladders and stairs and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to access all store areas and complete paperwork accurately.
• Support onboarding and training for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Follow safety, quality and store operations policies.
• Operate the POS and handle cash and lottery per standards.
• Perform store housekeeping duties (cleaning, sweeping, etc.).
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Coordinate with management on guest requests and vendor concerns.
• Check in vendors per guidelines and manage gas tank/merchandising tasks.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
