Job summary

Global Partners LP is hiring a Guest Service Associate to enhance guest experience and support store operations. You will greet guests, operate the POS, and maintain cash and product levels while adhering to safety and quality standards.

The role requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with basic computer skills and reliable transportation. You will engage with management on guest needs and perform housekeeping duties as part of the team.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures, i.e., outside, cooler, etc.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all housekeeping functions and keep shelves stocked.
• Replenish products and communicate guest requests to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors according to guidelines.
