Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver a top-notch guest experience and support store-level tasks. The role involves greeting guests, operating the POS, maintaining safety and cleanliness, replenishing stock, and coordinating with management on guest requests.

The position requires flexibility for day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts, basic computer skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering guest service in retail or food service environments.
• Ability to operate cash registers, process payments, and handle basic financial transactions.
• Familiarity with store operations and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Follow safety, security, quality, and store procedures.
• Operate POS and manage cash, lotto, tobacco levels as applicable.
• Perform housekeeping: cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash.
• Replenish shelves and ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests to management and vendors.
