Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to enhance guest experience and support store operations. You'll greet guests, operate the POS, and ensure cleanliness and product availability while following safety policies.

You will interact with management, vendors, and teams to meet guest needs and maintain store standards. The role offers varied hours and opportunities for growth within a Fortune 500 company.

Qualifications

Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends or holidays.
Ability to perform basic computer functions.
Must have reliable transportation.
Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs and work in varied temperatures.
Access to all store areas including sales floor and stock room.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
Operate the point of sale in accordance with corporate standards.
Complete store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, etc.).
Replenish products and ensure in-stock conditions.
Communicate guest requests and vendor-related concerns to management.
Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
Assist with gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
Support onboarding and training for new hires.
