Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to drive a high-quality guest experience and support store operations. You will greet guests, manage the POS process, and ensure a clean, stocked store environment.

This role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays, weekends, and nights. In this position you will handle cash, assist customers, and support onboarding for new hires while adhering to safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Frontline guest service experience or willingness to learn in a retail setting.
• Ability to operate a POS system and handle cash with accuracy.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store operations policies.
• Operate the POS and maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products ensuring in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor-related concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
