Enterprise Mobility, the team behind Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo, is hiring a Customer Experience Representative at Charlottesville Airport. The role focuses on friendly, efficient service and guiding customers through rental terms and options.

The position offers PTO, insurance, 401k with match, and employee rental discounts. Starting pay is $16.38 per hour with monthly incentive bonuses; rotating schedule and weekend coverage as outlined.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with limited violations in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly manner.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features and services.
• Upsell optional protection products and upgrades.
• Assist with directions, maps and local area information.
• Handle reservations by phone, rate quotes and questions.
• Inspect vehicle on return and report issues.
