Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and promptly.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and services clearly.
• Offer protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and extra equipment.
• Provide directions and local information to assist customers.
• Answer reservations, rate quotes, and general questions via calls.
• Make outbound calls for callbacks and follow-ups.
• Assist with vehicle return checks and documentation.
• Report any customer or vehicle issues to management.
• Pursue on-the-job training and development opportunities.
