Enterprise Mobility, owner of Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car, is hiring a part-time Customer Experience Representative at Lafayette Regional Airport. You will greet customers, explain terms and services, and help with the rental process to ensure a smooth, friendly experience.

Starting wage is $16.62 per hour, with benefits and employee discounts. The role emphasizes sales skills and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Must be available to work the following schedule: Sunday 3:00pm–11:00pm, Thursday–Saturday 3:00pm–11:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by communicating rental terms, vehicle features, and other services.
• Use sales techniques to determine customer needs and offer products and upgrades.
• Assist with directions, maps, and local information for customers.
• Handle reservations, rate quotes, questions, and resolve issues for customers and vendors.
