Enterprise Mobility, operating the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo brands, seeks a Customer Experience Representative at the Appleton Airport. You will greet customers, explain terms, and assist with vehicle options to ensure a smooth rental process.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year in customer service or sales, are 18+, and authorized to work in the United States. Benefits include PTO, insurance options, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features and services clearly.
• Offer additional protection, upgrades, or fuel options where appropriate.
• Assist with directions, maps, and local information for customers.
