Nothing Bundt Cakes in Herndon, VA is seeking a friendly Guest Services Representative to greet guests, help guests choose cakes for celebrations, and ensure orders are accurate and delivered smoothly. You'll train on our Sweet Steps of Service and play a key role in creating a welcoming, joyful bakery experience.

Qualifications

• Greet walk-in and phone guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Educate guests on cake options, pricing, and promotions.
• Suggest additional merchandise to complete celebrations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and determine needs.
• Educate guests on NbC cake options and pricing.
• Process guest orders accurately using the POS system.
• Encourage participation in NbC Email Club for promotions.
• Maintain clean, organized display and shop presentation.
• Assist with cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and dress code.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
