Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in and phone guests with warmth to determine interests and needs.
• Educate guests on NbC cake distinctions, sizes, flavors, pricing, and promotions.
• Suggest additional merchandise (balloons, candles, cards) to complete celebrations.
• Process guest orders efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a clean and organized bakery presentation and assist with display upkeep.
• Replenish retail merchandise and cake display cases for strong visuals.
• Assist the Crafter in preparing cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed.
• Comply with health and safety guidelines and NbC policies, including dress code.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
