Nothing Bundt Cakes in Sterling, VA is seeking a Guest Services Representative to greet walk-in guests, assist with cake selections, and process orders with friendliness and care.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with warmth and determine interests and needs.
• Educate guests on NbC cake options, sizes, flavors, pricing and promotions.
• Suggest balloons, candles and cards to complete celebrations.
• Process orders accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a clean and organized bakery presentation and surfaces.
• Replenish retail merchandise and cake display cases.
• Assist with cake decorations and packaging supplies.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and dress code policies.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
