Nothing Bundt Cakes #248 is seeking a Guest Services Representative to greet guests, guide cake selections, and ensure smooth order processing in a welcoming, joyful bakery environment.

You will assist in building customer relationships, promoting promotions, and maintaining a clean, attractive display. Flexible schedules and casual dress code apply, with cake discounts and opportunities to advance within the company.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in and phone guests with warmth and helpful enthusiasm to determine interests and needs, following NbC Sweet Steps of Service to create a superior guest experience.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to educate guests on NbC cake distinctions, sizes, flavor options, pricing, promos, and merchandise.
• Suggest additional merchandise such as balloons, candles, and cards to complete celebrations.
• Process guest orders accurately using the point-of-sale system and invite guests to join NbC Email Club for promos.
• Keep bakery presentation clean and organized, including routine sweeping/mopping and dusting of surfaces.
• Replenish retail merchandise and cake display case to ensure strong visuals.
• Assist Crafter in preparing cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed.
• Help open and close bakery including closing down registers.
• Learn to build marketing email lists for potential fundraiser avenues.
