The position offers a competitive hourly base rate starting at $12, with performance commissions and bonuses that can add $3–$7 per hour, plus full benefits for eligible team members. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet every guest with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Educate guests on services and policies
• Answer phones and manage the reservation book
• Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and front desk
• Accurately process transactions and manage guest profiles through POS
• Meet or exceed individual sales and rebooking goals
• Open and close procedures and daily administrative tasks
