Ballast Wax, an European Wax Center franchisee, is seeking a Center Manager in Akron, OH to own the full picture: guest experience, sales, team performance, and culture.

You’ll lead from the front with autonomy, receive structured onboarding, and have a clear path to higher roles. The role includes base pay with bonuses, totaling $53,000–$70,000 annually.

Formación

• Own revenue, package, and product goals - and know your numbers
• Coach your team on guest education and confident selling
• Analyze trends and build action plans to move the needle
• Drive traffic through local marketing and brand campaigns
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top-performing team members

Responsabilidades

• Set the standard for every guest interaction - from first hello to farewell
• Resolve escalated concerns with professionalism and care
• Champion an environment guests want to return to - and tell their friends about
• Center Operations: manage scheduling, inventory, payroll, and cash handling
• Team Development: coach consistently and build internal succession
• We own a number and hit real sales metrics across revenue and retention
