Job summary

Ballast Wax, operator of European Wax Center franchises, is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Mentor, Ohio. You will be the face of the brand, warmly greeting guests, educating them on services and policies, answering phones, managing the reservation book, and keeping the front desk running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Warmly greet every guest with professionalism and genuine enthusiasm
• Educate guests on services, policies, and what to expect during their visit
• Answer phones, manage the reservation book, and handle guest inquiries
• Create an environment guests want to return to
• Educate every guest on EWC Wax Pass savings, products, and promotions
• Confidently communicate the benefits of waxing frequency and skincare products
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and rebooking goals
• Actively contribute to center-wide performance targets
• Support opening and closing procedures and daily administrative tasks
• Accurately process transactions and manage guest profiles through POS
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and front desk area
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
