Responsibilities

• Assist in pre-registration and blocking of reservations when necessary.
• Post all charges promptly, accurately and efficiently.
• Know how to handle cash, checks and credit card information for hotel charges.
• Review reservations with special requests and block rooms accordingly.
• Know hotel rates, discounts and cancellation/ relocation procedures when needed.
