Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to warmly assist guests, answer phones, and manage reservations at the Tukwila location. The role includes processing payments, maintaining front desk cleanliness, and ensuring safety and security procedures are followed.

Experience in guest services is preferred. The position offers weekly pay and a competitive wage, with opportunities to engage in cross-training in housekeeping and laundry areas as needed.

Qualifications

• PMS proficiency to operate property management systems.
• Strong customer service skills and guest interaction experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and reservations.
• Answer phones and respond to guest requests with follow-through.
• Handle payments and maintain cash/credit card accuracy per guidelines.
• Promote ESA service culture and resolve guest issues via Make it Right.
