Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver a top‑notch guest experience while supporting store operations. You will greet guests, assist with purchases, and help maintain clean, organized spaces.

Responsibilities include operating the register, stocking shelves, checking in vendors, and assisting management with inventory and campaigns. Flexibility for shifts and physical tasks is required, with onboarding support for new hires.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (outdoors, cooler environments).
• Must be able to climb ladders and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Read, write, and count accurately for paperwork.
• Support onboarding and training of new hires (GSA).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store operations policies.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping and replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
